Start by removing the keyboard display module, dust cover, data bus module, or remote reset module. Next, pull the current relay module ST7800A (if installed) out of the 7800 series relay module by lifting the plastic support cover upwards.

Ensure the new Honeywell ST7800A 1096 purge timer card is set to the desired time period. Properly align Honeywell ST7800 A 1096 purge timer with the slot in the relay module and insert the purge timer card into the relay module compartment.

Reattach the keyboard display module, dust cover, data bus module, or remote reset module to the 7800 series relay module. Restore power to the device and run the burner system through at least one complete cycle to verify proper operation.
