Honeywell ST7800A1138 plug-in purge timer provides the prepurge timing for the 7800 SERIES Relay Module.

Verification of safety requirements must be performed EACH TIME the control is installed on a burner to prevent possible hazardous burner operation.

Honeywell ST7800A1138 plug-in purge timer installing:

Disconnect power supply before installing Purge timer to prevent electrical shock or equipment damage.

1. Remove the Keyboard Display Module, Dust Cover, data controlbus module or Remote Reset Module.
2. Remove the current ST7800A (if installed) from the 7800 SERIES Relay Module by pulling upward on the plastic support cover.
3. Make sure that the new ST7800A selected has the desired timing period.
4. Properly orient the plug-in purge timer with the opening in the Relay Module, and insert the Purge Card into the opening of the Relay Module compartment.
5. Reinstall the Keyboard Display Module, Dust Cover, data controlbus module or Remote Reset Module onto the 7800 Series Relay Module and restore power to the device. Run the burner system through at least one complete cycle to be sure that the system is operating as desired.
